Julie Gibson,  MD: Dr. Julie Gibson received her M.D. from Southern Illinois University School of Medicine. She specialized in pediatrics and forensic pathology. She was medical examiner for the greater Phoenix area for 5 years. She has Master’s degrees in Human Behavior and Business, and Bachelors degrees in Psychology and Biology. Dr. Gibson is a registered nurse with 7 years experience in a neonatal intensive care unit. She has responded to multiple mass fatality disasters.

Dennis McGowan,  BA, CPM, D-ABMDI: Dennis McGowan recently retired as Chief of Operations for the Fulton County Medical Examiner's Office in Atlanta, GA.  He was Chief Investigator for the Medical Examiner's Office prior to this position.  He was also a firefighter and worked in the New Jersey State Medical Examiner's Office. He has 25 years fatality/mass fatality management experience and disaster mitigation planning, training and response including coordination of the mass fatality planning for the 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta. He has worked at numerous mass fatality incidents including Egypt Air in 1999, World Trade Center and American Airlines 587. He also participated in TopOff and TopOff 2 preparedness exercises.

Marc Revere,  BA: Chief Revere has been in the fire service for 27 years and a fire chief for the last 6 years with two organizations, Monterey Park and Mountain View, both in California. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Management from the University of Redlands and a Certificate in Fire Protection Administration from San Diego State University. Marc is one of only fifteen Certified Fire Chiefs in the State of California and is a Certified Chief Officer and Master Instructor.
