Michael Mangiaracina: Michael retired as a sergeant from the Yolo County (CA) Sheriffs Department. He has worked as a Law Enforcement Consultant for the Commission on Peace Officers’ Standards and Training (P.O.S.T.) in Nevada. He also served that agency as academy commander. IN 2000 he returned to sworn law enforcement as an Adult Parole and Probation Officer for the State of Nevada. He holds two Masters Degrees in Instruction Leadership and Educational Administration. He has trained thousands of law enforcement, correctional, probation and investigative personnel in giving testimony in civil disposition, administrative hearings, and the courtroom. He has been the subject of three television specials and manynewspaper articles.
