Russell Flores: Russell was a Senior Deputy for the San Luis Obispo (CA) County Sheriff Department. He was assigned full-time to the County Gang Task Force, in addition to monitoring and investigating gang activity. He has testified as an expert on gangs in court and made presentations to over 7,000 people on gangs and gang activity. Russell was also a member of the Sheriff’s Department Special Enforcement Detail (SWAT), the California Gang Investigators Association, and the High Technology Criminal Investigators Association. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. He is presently a Deputy Sheriff for the Sacramento (CA) Sheriff’s Department and is a lecturer for SEARCH Group, Inc.
