| Gary Nitchman, MPA: Gary served as a Public Information Officer during his tenure with the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department. Upon his retirement, he entered the field of law enforcement education and served as an Associate Professor with Rio Hondo College in Whittier, California for ten years and as chairperson of the Administration of Justice Department at the University of Hawaii, Honolulu Community College for six years. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Service Management from the University of Redlands and a Master of Pubic Administration degree from the University of Southern California. |
